Goulburn Bakery
Equipe were asked to design the bakery layout, and to specify the equipment needed for this large project. We worked closely with the owner to facilitate a fully functional bakery, with room for expansion when needed. We liaised with the builders to ensure the correct services were specified and brought into the building where needed. Equipe specified the finish, and dealt with all tradespeople to ensure the correct and legal installation of all equipment. 

We designed all benches, hoods, trolleys, and work flow, to ensure an easy working environment.
The positioning and size of coolrooms and freezers, was of major importance to ensure adequate storage, and ease of re-stocking.

 "The Bakery of Goulburn" is now open for business, and is less than 30 seconds from the freeway, making it the perfect spot to stop, and have a coffee and a pie on your long journey.
